The current terms for using the in-development Tanktopia game and its local or optional connected services.

Tanktopia is an in-development mobile game from Broadway Pixels. The current core experience is intended to work locally and offline, and its progress is saved on the device. Features, content, availability, and service integrations may change. This page does not represent store approval or store availability.
Subject to these terms, Broadway Pixels gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the copy of Tanktopia made available to you for its intended gameplay purpose. Broadway Pixels and its licensors retain ownership of the game, code, art, audio, trademarks, and other content.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, automate gameplay, interfere with another player, or use Tanktopia to break the law. You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.
The current build uses local or mock behavior for services such as rewarded ads, purchases, receipt handling, analytics, cloud saves, push notifications, and backend features. A future build may enable a production provider only after its SDK and configuration are installed. Provider terms, platform rules, and availability may then apply separately.
If a future release offers purchases, they will be processed through the applicable platform or configured purchase provider. Any price, refund, receipt, or account rule is controlled by that platform and the release configuration. Planned or mocked purchase screens do not mean that a live store product or receipt service is available.

We may update Tanktopia, these terms, or a connected service as development continues. We may suspend or discontinue access to a build where needed for maintenance, safety, legal requirements, or development. The version and date at the top of this page identify the current public terms.
