01
What this policy covers
Broadway Pixels, LLC operates broadwaypixels.com, where we share music, videos, apps, and games. This policy explains information handled when you browse this website, contact us, or interact with our website services. Individual apps and games may have additional features and their own privacy policies.
02
Information you share with us
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic, subject, message, and any optional link. We also keep a ticket reference, submission time, replies, and email delivery records so we can respond and follow up. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
03
Website visits and browser storage
We collect basic website statistics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. These records include the page path, visit time, referring website domain, a broad device category, and a randomly generated browser-session identifier. Our page-view records do not include your name, email, full referring URL, or raw IP address. We do not connect these records to your contact tickets. Our website analytics skips collection when your browser sends Do Not Track set to 1.
Your browser uses session storage for that random visit identifier and local storage to remember a light or dark theme preference. Automatic theme selection uses your device's local time without requesting your location. The private staff dashboard uses a secure session cookie to keep authorized staff signed in. You can clear website storage through your browser settings; doing so resets saved preferences and may sign you out.
04
How we use and protect information
We use information to deliver and maintain the website, answer questions, manage support requests and partnerships, understand overall website activity, and prevent abuse. IP addresses, request information, and security diagnostics may be processed to operate and protect our services. Our service uses a hashed IP-based identifier to limit repeated requests; this is separate from page-view statistics.
Access to contact tickets and website statistics is restricted to the private dashboard. We use encrypted connections and service access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
05
Service providers and external platforms
We use service providers to operate the website, store support tickets and website statistics, and deliver support notifications, confirmations, and replies. These providers process the information needed for those services, including recipient addresses and message content for email delivery.
Our music, videos, and social links take you to services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. Those services handle your activity under their own privacy policies when you visit or use them. Linked project websites may also have their own policies.
We do not sell website contact information or use contact tickets for targeted advertising. We share information with providers as needed to operate our services, and may disclose it when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or safety. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
06
Storage and retention
We retain support conversations and delivery records as needed to answer requests, follow up, maintain business records, and meet security or legal obligations. Website statistics are retained to understand activity over time; the dashboard's selected date range is not an automatic deletion deadline. Archived tickets remain stored until deleted. Backups and provider logs may remain for their respective retention periods after live records are removed.
07
Your privacy choices
You can contact support@broadwaypixels.com or use our contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information you have shared with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or contact a privacy regulator. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
You can manage browser storage and supported privacy settings in your browser, and manage permissions or privacy choices directly with external music, video, and social platforms. Parents or guardians concerned about information a child has shared with us can contact us using the same details.
08
Privacy for apps and games
Data handling varies by project. Features such as accounts, cloud saves, AI tools, purchases, and advertising are described in the relevant project's policy, rather than assumed to apply to every Broadway Pixels service.
Read the Tanktopia privacy policy for the game's local progress, optional cloud saves, ads, and deletion controls, or the Steady privacy policy for its wellness features and account data. Other projects provide their privacy information within the app or on their own website.
09
Questions and updates
For privacy questions, email support@broadwaypixels.com. We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or the affected service.
