The terms for using Steady, its wellness tools, account sync, AI Coach, subscriptions, and optional connected services.

Steady provides general fitness, nutrition, weight-management, and habit-building information. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional advice. The AI Coach can make mistakes. Do not use Steady for emergencies or to independently start, stop, or change medication, including GLP-1 medication. Seek qualified medical care for persistent, severe, or concerning symptoms.
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify support@broadwaypixels.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Use Steady responsibly and follow professional guidance appropriate to you. You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, scrape or overload systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, automate access without permission, or use Coach output to harm yourself or others. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Calorie targets, macro estimates, food data, photo or text interpretations, activity values, trends, workouts, and Coach recommendations are estimates. Bodies, devices, food portions, and data sources vary. Check important information and stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Broadway Pixels does not guarantee a particular amount or rate of weight change, fitness result, or health outcome.
Steady Pro may be offered as an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Available price, currency, trial, and introductory eligibility are shown by the store before purchase. Unless you cancel through your Apple or Google account at least 24 hours before renewal, your subscription may renew and the platform may charge the payment method on file. Deleting Steady or your Steady account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable store.
Apple or Google processes mobile purchases and controls billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, receipts, and refund decisions under its rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in the applicable platform account settings. Use Restore Purchases in Steady when available to recover an eligible entitlement. We may change future prices or plan features with notice required by the platform or applicable law.
You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Broadway Pixels and its service providers permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as reasonably needed to operate and improve Steady, provide requested features, protect the service, and comply with law. See the Steady privacy policy for details and available data-request routes.
Broadway Pixels grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Steady for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and platform rules. Broadway Pixels and its licensors retain ownership of the app, software, design, branding, content, and related rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Steady is under active development. Features, provider integrations, free limits, paid benefits, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, technical, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local and cloud data should not be treated as your only record of important health information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Broadway Pixels is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Steady. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for decisions based on app information.
We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
